hey guys the people that do the insanity workout.. what do you log it as under exercise? only thing i can think of thats close enough would be circuits? or aerobics?

not eating the calories i burn during exercise
Hey guys.. I workout quite alot in the gym and powerwalk as much as i can..and i usually burn between 500-900 calories 5-6 days/week. My calorie goal is 1200 so my question is. do i really need to eat up the calories i burn through exercise? because i dont feel more hungry or anything and quite happy with just eating 1200…
