Most people use heart rate monitors to get the most accurate idea of many calories they burned.0

Yes, the best thing to do is get a heart rate monitor. Not only to see how many calories you're burning but to make sure your heart rate is in a safe zone and in an appropriate zone for fat burning. Those HRM's will motivate you and will help you to reach your goal. I didn't believe this until I purchased one. Try your best to invest in one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

I use a heart rate monitor and log it in that way. I had to add Insanity in as a workout because they don't have it listed. I just put in what ever my heart monitor says.0

I did the Fit Test today and I logged it under Tae Bo because I was not sure either. They are both high intensity cardio, although I did look under circuit training and there was about 100 cal difference between the two.0

You can choose which video you've done and I think it gives a good estimate!0 -
Until you get a heart rate monitor, the taebo or aerobics may work for logging purposes depending on which particular DVD you're found. You might even do yoga for the recovery DVD since it's a lot of stretching.0

I've been entering it as aerobics, high impact. Closest thing I could find to compare.0
