Hey guys
just a question.. never done the 30 day shred but thought i start it tonight.
do i have to start on level 1 or can i do level 3 straight away if i feel like my fitness is good?

  • Sorry, just realized it was a post, not that you'd done it already. I've seen several posts from several athletes that say even if you are fit, start with level 1 because you can still make it an intense workout. I've seen a few people who didn't do that that said, oops really start at level 1 and ended up doing so. I guess try and see how you feel but really the first level is basic things that you just increase the intensity level for whatever condition your body is in. You will probably be able to move up soon though because I feel like I've been able to adapt to things more quickly than I imagined.
