I did one 24 day challenge...but I wouldn't consider it a fad diet. I ate carbs, only walked & light exercise, and never starved myself (in fact I ate 5-6x a day) I also did Pilates 1x a week! 54 lbs and 7 months.

Let yourself eat the pizza every once and a while, and every time they have fast food imagine those disgusting pictures of how it looks the same 10 years later...do you want that plastic sitting in your stomach? Lol!! Don't be too hard on tori self- you look great!

I was eating AT LEAST 1300-1400 a day and managed to still lose 54 lbs & now I eat 1700-1800 and haven't gained back. Focusing more on WHAT you're eating is key in my opinion.

I always assume it's a fake profile (which I guess is silly since this is a fitness app haha!) I like to interact with people so I usually only accept ones where people are on the same page

Fast food: carrots & hummus, kind bars (vanilla and blueberry are low sugar and soo good!!), turkey and cheese roll ups! I can give you more ideas if you want. Use stuff in your dorm/house to exercise if you can't make it to the gym! I have even use frying pans as weights.

No no no!!! Don't beat yourself up! It's okay :) I don't like to think of days like these as cheat days. Cheat has a negative connotation...think of it as a treat! You deserve a treat after working hard toward your goals!
