@AnvilHead I may look small, but my brain isn't. I would not recommend shake-o to someone trying to build muscle mass, lol! I like creatine, casein protein- digests slowly and gradually. a good supplement that promotes recovery, BCAAS... edit: i have NO affiliation with Beachbody, lol.

Welcome! Walking was key to my weight loss, and also light lifting. I also did a vegan meal replacement shake for two months (for breakfast) and completely cut out pop. 54 lbs down! You can do it :)

Take your time. Don't veg on junk to gain- you'll regret it. I can recommend some products that may help you, if you'd like.

Spark. Sugar free drink with 120 mg caffeine & 26 vitamins. Tastes good, less than a monster or red bull & actually good for me. It was the only thing that helped me wean off cola.

Look at you go!! Don't think of indulgences as cheating. That has a negative tone to it. Think of them as treats or rewards! You deserve them once in a while! Id be happy to share with you what helped me lose 54 lbs if you'd like!
