Hi all. had a baby 4 months. C section. Hate my body at the moment. Always been a fit person before pregnancy. Now can't find the time or energy for anything. So appreciate suggestions to get back to shape.

    Had a baby in July and have lost 54 lbs since. Walking! Walking! Walking! Also, I changed my dietary habits and quit drinking pop. Would you like me to send you a message with some of the tips that worked for me?
