I have 4 kids so I tend to stand and move around before, during, and after the meal. I prefer when I can sit and let my food settle then do a little workout but it doesn't happen that often.

I have been craving Texas roadhouse smothered chicken with a fully loaded sweet potato and their bread and cinnamon butter!!!! I told myself if I lose 15 pounds I could have that meal:)

I know how you feel! mother of 4 and love food!! so does my husband! I try to stay on track but it is hard when if I even mention something I might want to eat my husband is off ot get it! I use sparks recipes for my meal planning. For snacks we do nuts, fruit, veggies. I found a few good recipes for protein balls on sparks. there is a banana choc one I really liked and is great for post workouts:) Right now my husband and I are doing the advocare 24 day challenge. My friends do the same thing. I have a collection. I can only workout at home. I have four kids and do daycare so getting to a gym is impossible. i love jillian michaels videos and am currently doing her body rev.

I decided to get healthy for my kids:) I wanted more energy and to be there when they needed me. You can do it. It takes a lot of work but you have the motivation to do it!! I just look at my kids everytime I want to skip a workout or give into bad eating!
