This is really because of vanity and most people would call this silly, but I'm not uploading a selfie until I reach my goal weight. :#

Biceps and back :) also did some cardio (jumping jacks and stuff) to warm up.

It's very difficult to state when someone goes from having unhealthy behaviours/thoughts to having a disease that needs treatment, but if it's bothering you then you should worry about it. If you don't want professional health, maybe try to find something else that gives you relief? Write about it, meditate, whatever helps…

I've been into weight lifting for several years, and the last couple of months I've been dedicated to increase my strength. You can add me

I had anorexia when I was in my teens and I had to gain weight quite fast, giving me some additional stretch marks (except for the normal puberty ones). Some of them are fading, some aren't. It depends on the game really. I mostly want to play the good one, but when it comes to Skyrim I go as evil as I can :D

My advice is to look for small changes - more energy, healthier skin etc. Those things are usually the first to show :)

This will be the first winter for me as a runner (I obviously don't have an answer to your question, sorry), so I'm curious to know how you all handle the cold. I live in Scandinavia so it obviously gets really cold sometimes, and I don't know where the line goes between "uncomfortable" and "dangerous".
