Hi, i'm exactly the same, developed 5 years ago after having my son. I really struggle to lose weight. Could you pop your bike in the car with you? or join a gym half way between your house and school? find some fitness classes near to school? Tricky but i'm sure you will find some thing :-)

I like Bagels and Light philidelphia....specifically the sweet chilli variety which is yummy. Also pitta bread, chopped carrot and celery with houmous. I'm not a sandwich person so anything i can chop and put in a box is great , rice salad, pasta salad, 3 bean salad.

Hi, i'm the same as you......i tend to weigh myself every morning but i decided to try and record my weight every wednesday. it's my "weigh in wednesday!" just so i can see which weeks i lose and when i don't....might be able to see a pattern in what i eat.

Wow....there is a real difference...well done you and keep up the great work you look fantastic :-) It's always harder to see it in yourself but you must be able to tell through your clothes? or go and visit an old friend or family member and watch their face ....i'm sure you will tell that they see it.
