  • Awesome - thanks to all of you very much! Very helpful and I appreciate the encouragement. My husband said if I show a committment for 30 days of 30 day shred we can purchase P90X so I'm sticking with it....I'll keep you posted! Looking at April 1 purchase date!

I just hate the way I look, then I look at myself and cry, then I cannot get motivated for my pity party has taken over....I'm glad to know someone else is in the same boat...and I'm sorry you are at the same time!

  • Sounds like you have tweaked a nerve. Rest should help - also make sure you have shoes that provide the correct arch support. What type of work out are you doing? High impact aerobic? Running? I would recommend rest, 400-800 mg ibuprofen will help with any inflammation (dpending on how you react to ibuprofen) - if not…

  • AWESOME!!!!! I'm doing it now, too - had to take the weekend off due to swelling in my right knee....am adding a Latin Dance DVD to it today and hopefully that will warm me up for Jillian....going to do that first then the Shred in hopes that I will have less knee pain!   • I started on Monday - was embarrassing that I could barely make it through Level 1 the first day - yesterday was day 2 and I noticed a bit of an improvement - looking forward to seeing results in the next two weeks or so. Is that a realistic expectation?
