Yesterday I ate 1400 calories but only had a net of 228 calories due to all the exercising that i'm doing.

I do eat my exercise calories sometimes I end up actually eating like 1800 calories from all the exercise I'm doing, am I doing this right. I lost all my weight thus far in the first week and a half now the scale isnt moving.

I am doing jillian Michaels Shred it with weight and the biggest loser power sculpt they are both 30 minutes and Shred it with weights uses a kettlebell so your also getting some strenth training and I love it!

I have never not once in my entire life worn a bikini bc I was always to fat for one and so I'm thinking this summer may be the summer for me -Summer :)

I have never heard of that. I feel like a loser bc I can't run a damn mile. I'm not that big that I physically can't it's just that I breathe.

any fat on the body is called adipose. I have never had children but ever since I was very young, say 8, I have had a pooch and nothing I have tried doing has gotten it to decrease in size and I hate it!

I walk a lot as well as work out on the elliptical? Any suggestions? I was also looking at shape ups. How are those?

I log all my walking bc I am burning calories whether I have to walk somewhere or I choose to just go walking.

Damn... lol I thought I was strong! haha :) I guess I will just keep working out and see what happens. I really do love working out but its hard work. I just remember what I feel like after my workout and then I run straight to the gym, its such and exhilarating feeling, and makes me feel as though I have accomplished alot…

Im around 5'4" but I weigh 198.6, I wanna weigh like 145 eventually. I am 19 though.

I drink nothing but water, but sometimes I do drink a diet soda. Like mayb once or twice a month. I try not to bc of the aspartane in most diet drinks, I'm not dead so i don't need embalming. But every once in a while won't kill anyone. I have been constantly losing weight even though I do have the ocaisional diet drink.

I am having the same shock, it has only been 1 week exactly and I have already lost 5.6 pounds.

I eat 1200 calories a day but I also work out as often as I can so I eat my extra workout calories at night and I usually end up not eating all the excess bc I am so full. LOL

I have lost 5 pounds and got under 200lbs. That was something that kept pushing me. I'm hoping to keep at this till I'm at 150!

I always weigh in the morning bc I weigh less and it boost mr up for the rest of the day :)

Well I understand what your going through, today was my "fat" day and I ate 3 slices of pizza and I worked it all off when I got home but, If there is no way for you to do that I would maybe exercise a little more than usual to burn off the excess calories tomorrow :)

You could be gaining a lot of muscle, remember, muscle weighs more than fat and there is nothing wrong with having muscles. If you have been doing a boot camp like you say, then you should be doing well. Just keep your energy high and stay focused. Things always get better.:flowerforyou:

I am rating back my exercise calories which usually makes my total calories around 1500. So is that good?
