I have always heard to not use the scale but I have always been so scale happy. I swear every morning I would hop on the scale. But this time around I am not allowing myself on a scale except once a month and on Feb 1st Ill see if that works for me. I don't have a scale in my house so its a little easier for me currently.

Your body may be used to the exercises so you may need to up your workout or your body may be like mine. I was stuck at 193 for the longest time and then this weekend I said screw it and ate a bunch of fast food and this morning I was at 191. IDK

I usually only log my losses but recently I gained like 3 pounds and I stayed at that weight for a week so I decided to log it. I think it helps you to see how you are doing.

Maybe by July I won't ne terrified to put one on. You must know that I have never worn anything other than a one piece my whole life even as a child bc I was over weight.

I want to look good in a bikini this summer and also not have to worry about my thighs chaffing when I wear cute dresses :)

Whatever you do, dont buy one that has a stationary bike integrated with it. We bought one and I hate it. When I think elliptical I think of long strides and with ours there is no such thing as long strides. It is more like riding a bike while standing up.

I always eat my meal and think that it didnt have too much sodium then I check my nutrients and sodium is in the red bc I have eaten so much. yuck!

I use a bottle with a straw bc I enjoy drinking out of a straw and it helps me forget im drinking water.

I feel really accomplished bc I usually never ever stick with a diet long enough to see weight loss. :) if only I knew how to get that darn picture up here :/

I have lost 13 almost 14 pounds and my jeans actually are starting to fit. I bought them when they were way to tight and now they are actually starting to fall off. :) and my best friend has also noticed that my tummy is slightly smaller than before.

I like that everyone commented on the sodium content bc I have seemed to notice that everyday that I eat subway I always go over my allotted sodium intake and I could never figure out why. I usually get a 6 in turkey breast on wheat with lite mayo swiss cheese and pickles. Im assuming this is a pretty healthy option?

I used to hate working out. I was so lazy but now I go to the schools gym where they have all sorts of machines and after we work out, I feel so much better and super energized! :) I love it andbim always thinking how I can go more often

Aw babe, don't say that. I know how you feel. I just recently started working out at my schools gym and I feel like I'm surrounded by built ppl and I'm the fat girl. But what you have to think is that if you continue you will lose weight and you won't be that fat girl anymore. You may actually be the skinny girl at the gym…

If you have an iPhone they have an app called snack app and they give you a list of healthy snacks it's really cool :)

I dont personally have kids, but my little sister is worse off than your daughter, she is 12 and 5'2" and weighs like 150. My parents let her do. I think that the best way to go about it is maybe investing in a wii and get sports and exercise ames and have family wii nights. It would encourage her and everyone else to play…

I really apriciated your comment. It's true since starting my lifestyle change I have actually started to love going to the gym and love the feeling I get after working out.
