So lately I have been drinking a lot more water than I usually do and I was just recently told that room temperature water is better than cold water for you. Does anyone know the truth to this myth?

yuck
So I feel like crap today. First I woke up feeling like I hadnt slept at all, then I get on tthe scale to see I gained nearly 3 pounds, and now all my muscles are sore from yesterdays workout and I have a headache. I think its my crash from coffee this morning. i just wanna eat the world tonight... ugh

so I have been working out a lot lately but I really would like to start running. As of right now I can't even run an 1/8 of a mile without getting winded and hurting, how do I train myself to be able to run for miles?

Muscle?
So I worked out at the gym on monday, it is now wednesday and my scale told me that I have gained a pound since yesterday, could that be muscles. I ate within my calorie limit yesterday, although I did not have much time to workout. Does anyone have any insight?

So I have exercised today and after supper I'm short on over 200 calories and I'm full. After my work out I only ate technically 1000 calories should I try and eat the over 200 calories I have left even though I'm not hungry?
