I have colitis. It affects me worse when I get stressed.

The only issue that I have with IF is that when I eat my first meal, I am overfull...I do 16/8 on weekends and 20/4 during the week. Two meals a day. If I eat less, I am under 1000 kcal! I am for 1600 and 50% of these from fat.

Yes, they do. Random people make me compliments. This did not happen 24lbs ago...I still have 70 to go, but the more weight I lose, the more attention I get. For me, the attention starts around BMI of 31 and peaks at BMI24...

I lost weight previously with WW. It worked well when I was younger, but it tempted me to cheat: I woul eat all my points in sweets! I would explore something different.

I use a spreadsheet, recommended from here to help me understand how accurate the prediction is. Ping me and I will share. It is a Google doc and requires daily weigh ins for five weeks and one day before it starts working.

My petty reason is a new dress, which currently looks awful on me as I am so overweight. And the second reason is: I want to prove that it is possible. I lost four stone before, and then regained them. I do not want to be the person who regained the lost weight!

I found that eating twice a day works for me as of now. Maybe try experimenting with restrictions that fit your lifestyle? When I was eating more frequently, I found that I was hungry all the time and feeling deprived all the time!
