Hey everyone, yesterday was a complete disaster for me: Steps: 2.7K, water 0.5 lts, Food: 2500 KCal. There was a party that derailed me. Today: I am back on track. I will update tomorrow as ever. Good luck, everyone!

5ft 9 here. Right now I am 235...Goal weight: 165. I am in my 40s. I also do not realize when I gain weight as I ignore it until it's quite obvious...My diary is open to friends. Happy to support anyone who sends me a friend request.

I am 5.9 and now just over 220. I had lost weight from 220 to 160lb and yes, I was a different person. Then regained and now back at it.Good luck!

I will add one more reason to my long list. I recently slept in a awkward position and when I woke up could not feel or move my arm.It recovered after a while but I have dislocated my shoulder. It is killing me and I feel so much older when I cannot move it. Obesity is a factor for this...
