What is your "Petty" Reason to Lose Weight?

I’ve got loads of petty reasons along with the obvious good reasons. To post hot pics of myself on social media for my old bullies to see.

Being able to fit into my old smaller clothes that I loved so much and ones that still have labels on for when I’m ... weight.

And more so to get a reaction from my crush who is lovely anyhow but with them looking like they could be in a Olympic poster I don’t feel right with being the over weight person.
Plus also getting the reaction from friends for during lockdown time.

Finally so for once I’m not the fat friend.

Besides health reasons, I'm tired of being the friend with the "pretty face". I want to look good overall!

A couple of reasons -

1. “Glow up” - my ex left me last week; giving no reasons whatsoever. Ok, asshat, I’m going to show you what you’re missing now!
2. I’m going into a career in canine hydrotherapy, so I want to look good in my wetsuit!!!

I want to wear pretty clothes and feel good about the way I look. 👠👗👡

I'd feel more confident in job interviews if my weight was lower.

To say F*** you to all those people who said I couldn't do it with diet control and exercise....sure its taken nearly 5 years but I have also learned alot of lessons along the way!!

I will add one more reason to my long list. I recently slept in a awkward position and when I woke up could not feel or move my arm.It recovered after a while but I have dislocated my shoulder. It is killing me and I feel so much older when I cannot move it. Obesity is a factor for this...

I have a person just like that in my life too!
She will talk up her latest diet when she's on one, but if I mention anything diet or exercise related, it just gets brushed off as "wouldn't work for me".

Mostly I am of course doing this for myself, but part of me just can't wait to prove her wrong - it can be done and I am doing it!
