What is your "Petty" Reason to Lose Weight?

    • Squat: 295 lbs / 134 kg x 4
    • Deadlift: 330 lbs / 149.5 kg x 3
    • Bench: 195 lbs / 88.5 kg x 3
    • Seated Press: 107.5 lbs / 48.5 kg x 5

    Or at least that's where they were in 2017.

    @GirlWithCookies You know your boyfriend chose to be with you, family are an unfortunate side effect of that. If you want to lose weight do it for you, their reaction may be a nice bonus however it is your opinion that matters.

    Being brutally honest I found being fat repulsive

    For me it was shame. I was around young, slim people at university and I was ashamed of the way I looked. Probably the first time in my life I felt that way.
