Yay! did it!! 5 sets x 10 reps of squats, pushups and sit-ups! (adding them in for some variety) I hope I can stay motivated with this!! :happy:

I'm adding pushups and situps too! Breaking it down into sets helps spread it out a bit and it makes it more fun to throw in the other exercises!

I agree ! You look awesome! If you pump up the strength training you'll get more toned plus more muscle equals increased metabolism which of course equals more weight loss! But honestly 5'4" 122 pounds is very healthy and you look great!
