This isn't for the campfire but I made a 7 layer salad for our camping trip this past weekend! It was a big hit! 1 cup is 5 carbs! I'll be making this again! Just google 7 layer salad and lots of recipes come up! Good luck!

I just broke a year long plateau by lowering my carbs to 60 a day! I've lost 3 pounds since Tuesday! I tried everything to break it-eating more, eating less, exercising more and not exercising! I hope I can keep going and lose 37 more pounds! Good luck to you!

Metamucil! Walmart has a generic brand of it! It works! You mix it with water, kind of orange flavored. Not bad at all! And if you travel you can buy the cookies called Metamucial wafers. They are not bad either.

Instead of eating low calorie stuff eat regular items like whole milk, regular yogurt, regular cheese, etc. Eat peanut butter and nuts too!

The only thing I see is that fast food sometimes has a lot of sodium in it! Also could you give up your sweet tea for regular tea with sweetner!

I'm there with you! Been stuck on a plateau for a very long time but have gone from size 20 women's jeans to a 16 women's jean and a 2x top to a 14/16 top! I hate that scale! I just want to weigh 199! Grrrr!
