You didn't really blow it too bad! Chicken and broccoli is one food weight watchers recommends when eating chinese food! Just begin again tomorrow and you'll be fine! That's actually lower in calories than General Tso's chicken or something like that! Good luck to you!

I did ww and their food database is not as good as this site and this site is free! With what I paid for the monthly pass to ww I used it to join a gym and now I exercise instead of sit in a meeting talking about food! This site is way better than ww ever was!

If you're trying to gain weight, don't eat low calorie stuff! Eat regular milk, cheese and yogurt! Also eat nuts and peanut butter! That should add some calories to your day!

Also a lot of people on here say to eat your exercise calories! i don't know for sure as I'm just learning all this myself!

What are your settings on-lose 2 pounds a week, 1 pound a week, 1/2 pound a week! Change those and it should give you more calories if you go to 1/2 pound a week! Look at your goals! Good luck to you!

I bought some walking/hiking shoes from Cabelas. I put them on and my feet quit hurting. I was doing alot of walking so my husband said I should get some good ones. They were about 87 dollars but well worth the money. I walk alot and don't have any issues anymore. Good luck!

Every Christmas when we go to my inlaws my husband's brother invites this older couple and one year she said to me "if you'd eat some vegetables you'd lose some weight." That was it! I started my diet right after that! She still questions me every time I see her about what I am doing to lose weight! She's is such a bag!

Just take it one day at a time! Are you exercising? I've been stuck on a plateau for a very long time and I've upped my calories and I've gained some of the weight I lost back!
