Hi Kanyon 17, achieving onederland by September definitely sounds do able!
-
We know you can do it too! You've done this before so you know what you need to do and how to do it, that's great!
-
Congrats on the great drop this week and it sounds like you have a good, sound plan and momentum!
-
Hello and welcome to the group! One pound at a time we will get there.
-
Oh my goodness, congratulations!!! That must feel amazing! What a great motivation you are for all of us
-
Oh my gosh that doesn't even look like the same person. Great Job!

Great post. Following..

I understand what she means, because I dont feel full unless I have a carbohydrate with a meal. It could be as simple as a half of pita bread with my greek salad, but just the salad doenst cut it.

Brussel Sprouts  Other than that, nothing.

Mine comes off my belly first. I remember when I was on mfp prior, I posted that i looked down one day and my stomach had just disappeared. That was after about 30 lost..

I'm so so sorry that you are going through this. I lost my brother at 18, he was 24. That was many years ago but I remember it like it was yesterday. Yes, you are right that parents are going through a lot of emotions and tend to get the most support. But you need support too. Talk to others who went through it, whatever…

Great Job! One stone really makes a big difference on you

No advice as I am not married (but widowed), but I just want to say from one nurse to another, hugs to you for all you do in a day. I know the ER nurses are always running from one thing to another. It is hard to keep career, family and health in balance.

Two things. First is commitment and not just an interest in losing weight and second is moving more. I lost weight on mfp before with minimal exercise. this time I incorporated simple walking and the weight is falling off faster even though I am just fine with trusting the process and knowing it will take time.

Oh my goodness, what a change! You look amazing, and your words of wisdom are super motivating. Thank you for saying exactly what I needed to hear!

Been on both ww and mfp. the only time i got close to goal was when on mfp.
-
Amazing! Awesome job, go you
-
OH, almost forgot! On to onederland, 13.8 pounds!

Hello all! Happy Friday to everyone. Today is my weigh in day. I am excited, as it is my biggest drop in a week. I lost 3.3! Exercised 6 days this week. Had a mini binge on wednesday. Felt out of control but logged it all. Ended up using my exercise calories, which I never do and was proud to realize I only went over…
-
Well, you certainly are beautiful  Don't worry about the gaining back. I was on here previously and lost almost to goal. I stopped logging and four years later, gained it all back and then some. Not even at square one. You got this, you know what to do. We have faith in you!
-
You most definitely have got this! Awesome job
-
Congrats! I was on mfp years ago and lost to my goal weight. I stopped logging in and, shockingly, gained back all of my weight and more. As I am beginning again, I am keeping my eye on what needs to be done in maintenance as I believe that is where it is very, VERY important to keep up on it.

Great Job! It is amazing how a photo can spur us on to action. I remember before this journey, I was graduating and getting many photos taken of me. All I kept thinking is don't worry about it too much, these are going to be your before photo's (pretty sad)..
-
Hello and welcome ::smile: Best of luck to you on this journey!
-
Oh my gosh, you are doing AMAZING! How did you manage such a big drop this week?
-
Hello and, wow, congratulations on your loss so far! Amazing stats!
-
Thank you for your support and for your wonderful tips! Congratulations on your amazing loss and on maintenance. Good to know that it can be done

Hello dear fellow onderlanders and a great big HELLO and welcome to everyone who is new! Today is my weigh in day, I am down 2.7 this week putting me that much closer to onderland! I am definitely happy with that. My exercise game was strong this week. I only do walking on the trails by my house but I did about 3 miles…
