If you have to rely on drinks and or pills you will put the weight right back on as soon as you stop. You can't do those type of drinks for a long time and expect to keep yourself healthy. I would drink more water and take a walk and you will burn your 100 calories! :0) Green tea however is, by itself, very very good for…

1.) I workout like a crazy person for months and finally start seeing results. I think that it is a great thing since I lost 23 (almost 24) lbs since June 21, 2010... My husband doesn't change a thing about his exercise habits and he lost over 60 lbs in about 5 months. :0( 2.) When I lose weight it seems to come from the…

The weight you want to lose did not appear overnight, I am sure. It will not vanish overnight either. Just remember, the slower you lose it the better and more permanently you will keep it off.

Same thing happened to me. Been a month and I am kinda stuck at 10.5 lbs but I feel better than I have in a long time. I exercise when I start feeling blah about things. The Endorphins and serotonin released from a good 2-3 mile walk will get you feeling better quick. Find inner motivation! and, yes... have some chocolate…

:flowerforyou: Great to have you here! This site is awesome. As long as you stick to it you can do it. Make it your daily goal to drink 64 ounces of water. Hint... If you drink a glass of warm water before you eat everytime you eat a meal it will give your brain the signal that your stomach is full and you will not eat as…

I have those and I am really trying to stay away from intense sugar. I actually started on here cuz I wasn't as successful as I wanted and I didn't feel like I was eating unhealthy... Turns out I was not eating enough and my body was in starvation mode. I might have half a dozen m&m's. That might fix the craving. I eat my…

Luckily my version of lazy is not most other people's versions of lazy. I made dinner and did 3 loads of laundry... I played outside with the kids for about 2 hours, but then I had to sit and read for my English homework. I look at fatty foods and I don't crave them except chocolate... ugh. lol. Thank you everyone!

That is absolutely great! You must feel wonderful. You look fantastic. Seeing people like you that figure it out and become so successful really is a push for the rest of us to succeed. Congrats on the achievement.

I think that they key is to make it a life style change with making eating something to nourish your body rather than to fill you. Also eating the right things rather than empty calories. I am really working hard. We can cheer one another on. I think that also setting smaller reachable goals like 1-2 lbs a week or 15 lbs…
