My father in law has celiac and we lived with them for 6 months after we sold our house and before we found our apartment. Basically she was on a gluten free diet for 6 months and still had the same symptoms the entire time with no change. My husband tested negative for it when he was tested.

Thanks everyone. I have to get back on track. Was almost to 40 lbs and $@#%... I am disappointed in myself mostly. My kids need a good role model and not sticking with my goal and keeping healthy is not being a good role model. I am, however, only human. So, time for this chick to get back on the wagon and back to my goal.

I definately would say that is a plus though. Too many long term, irreversable back problems associated with larger breast size. I have lost 37 lbs so far and am still a D but I went from a 38D to a 36D so no change in the cup size.

I weigh myself 3 times a week. Moday to see if I did any damage over the weekend, Wednesday just for curiosity and Friday to see if I have accomplished anything. I only update my weight when there is a change that lasts more than a week. Being a female our weight fluctuates so much its rediculous! lol.

I keep myself at or near 1000 calories a day. I had been eating too little for years and was unable to lose weight cuz my body was in starvation mode. Now I am on track to my goal. oh no. well... fruit is a no no then. fish is high in great calories. Nuts are super. I have to stay away from them cuz I over do it right away.

I also only try to eat my recommended calories for the day. I do not figure in the calories burned. If I did that I would never lose weight. Make sure that the calories you are eating are not all carbs. Get your protein. Drink a protein drink or a smoothie

Schnecksville, Pennsylvania... Had snow for Thanksgiving and was out without a coat on New Years Eve at 1am. Yesterday it was almost 50 and today it is about 32. Roller coaster weather.

Well, I am in a semi loose fitting size 12 now. I am up to 32.5 lbs lost! I have over a month to go before Christmas so I need to see if I can lose another 6-8 lbs. before I go get a dress.

I have always had a very level head and made rational, well thought out decisions... Except for when it comes to my hair. I didnt see your age but i figure you are old enough to work and earn the money to pay for the hair color and style you want. I am in the process of restarting mine too. The body gets used to any routine and adjusts so you have to adjust with it. Hang in there.

i tend to log mine as calisthenics. Pushups... Sit ups... Crunches... And ............ :) i also do actual sit ups and pushups and crunches on a daily basis.
