I eat whole wheat mini bagel, 2 tbs. natural peanut butter, 1/2 banana and 8 oz. skim milk. Works for me. I also was a cereal for breakfast every morning before beginning MFP.

You really should do both strength training and cardio. I have a fitness trainer who works with me and she has me doing 30 min. cardio and 30 min. or more weight training. Just stay on track and be positive.

I hate water also. Sometimes I drink it with a straw that that seems to help.:drinker: :drinker:
