I googled it - extra virgin olive oil, just never knew the abbreviations!

Wow that does sound good....I am sorry, but what is EVOO?

Sometimes when I have a midnight snack, which is rare, I do not log it because I am a liittle mad at myself for going over and I don't want to see it in writing! I make sure all I have are healthy snacks though, in case I go into a snacking mode, then I don't go over too much. I also try to buy single serving snacks. If I…

Well, I have upped my weights in the past two weeks and last week it went pretty good! I did 20 flights of stairs last Friday during lunch break, and I didn't stop at all to rest! I felt like body pump has probably helped me out a little! I was a little sore Saturday, but did body pump anyway and felt great! For this week…

I just saw this thread now too, but am totally in: SW - 163 GW - 155 Might be a little unrealistic for me...I really gotta push myself!! And stop drinking and snacking so much!! I am still trying to think of non-weight loss goal, maybe work out at least 4 times a week! I get lazy...

I seem to be the one requesting friends too...I guess I really just don't have any friends...but I'm cool with that, I know how awesome I am.

Nice picture!! It is really tough to stay motivated but even just being in this group helps me keep picking up my bar. I will look for some great motivations out there!

Hello! I am Jessica, full-time office worker that sits in a cubicle for most of the day, so it is really easy to be pretty unhealthy! A lot of times after work I am too tired and lazy to work out but hopfully this will really help motivate me! I just purchased 2.5 lb weights so I am really excited to increase my load! I am…

Yes it is, you can either go to the gym and take a class, or you can buy a kit online that has the barbell, weights, and dvd's so you can do the program in your living room! I am interested in doing it! I think I can this time!! Good motivation!

My dream weight would be 130-135, but in reality, my goal weight is 145. I'm just about to where I was a couple years ago so I'm pretty stoked about that, even though it is still heavier. Oh well! Gotta do what you gotta do. I do like seeing that there are many other women about my hieght around the same weight as me!

I started looking at heart monitors and noticed they now have ones that also have GPS, that can monitor your distance and average pace. Does anyone have a GPS one? I don't think it's too necessary since my main reason is for body pump, but I also run so maybe it would be good for that too?

I did try the link at my work computer but it didn't work so I will have to try it at home so I can fill out the information! My weigh in day is Saturday mornings but a lot of times I just weigh myself if I think I may be weighing less than I did. I really need to just stick with weighing myself once a week but it's so…

I agree, very awesome!! I love seeing before and after pics too, very motivating and encouraging. I bet you are able to run circles with your boys now!!

I have it, just purchased it in February but I try to use it every day. I like how it synchs together with myfitnesspal. I like to do stairs at work and think it's pretty accurate to keep track of. I also was really intrigued that it seems to track your sleep. It seems pretty on top of it for me. I'm not sure if it has…

Also, I was told from a personal trainer-like person (I never know her exact title!) that I should have 80 - 100 grams of protein a day, much more than the site may say I should have. So I try not to worry about going over protein, I feel like it really does make you feel full longer. Oh, a friend from work found a recipe…

What I have discovered is Turkey Jerky!! It has lots of protein but lower in calories and fat, and I like to just munch on it! But I don't feel like you need to eat much to satisfy you! It's a little expensive, around $5 or $6 a pack, like Jack Links, but I've decided to splurge on healthy foods...rather than saving money…
