Having 6 children myself I can say that you are giving your family the best of you. A sweet attitude for yourself will be contagious and your children will be happy as you are. You are truly beautiful and the lessons learned are so helpful to all of us on MFP, thank you for sharing.

First Kudos for breast feeding as long as you have, just remember to breastfeed you body produces more tissue. This same tissue and milk adds weight, so saying that you may not see the last 10lb shed until you stop breastfeeding. That is as it should be because you want to be health while giving your baby the best too.

Hope you slept well, depression is an ugly thing and so many of us are or have suffered with it. Medication for the depression may be helpful while you cant get the endorphins from the more intense exercise.
