I don't have any tips but I'm in week 6 of the program and love it! I started it once before and i don't know why I didn't keep going. I'm getting great results, I do it from home so I have to change some of the exercises but it's working out great. Are you doing it at the gym or at home?

I had great results with it when it first came out, it was one of the DVD's that really got me back into exercising! It will get easier, you just have to stick with it! Maybe try sticking with each level until you can get through it without stopping and then move on? I think that's what I did at first!

I meant the "40 calorie row" etc..when I said I thought maybe it was a crossfit thing. Lol Thank you for all your help!
-
Thanks! I'm not sure, either! I've tried googling it and it seems to be a crossfit thing? Anybody out there familiar with this?
-
Ooh..I didn't even think about using TRX straps. I have those also! Any idea what the conversion would be to rowing for cals?

I work out at home and have a lot of different equipment but the 2 things I couldn't live without are my kettlebell and my jump rope!

Wow, 2 weeks after having your baby? That's amazing! Please be careful though, you're still healing:) Don't want you to hurt yourself!
-
Okay...now I want to see the profile pic, too. If it was disturbing, why didn't I notice it when I first replied to this thread? Things that make you go hmmm..

You can still cook for him and eat together! Just make healthier versions of the things you both love to eat and adjust your portion size.

You're amazing! Very inspirational and you are beautiful!

I have been wondering the same thing. I posted a topic similar to this and decided to set my calorie goal to TDEE-20% and just record my workouts as 1 calorie burns. I keep track of my workouts in a notebook anyway so it's not a big deal to me but if I didn't I might not want to do it that way. I just like being able to go…

I have a Proform treadmill that I love and haven't had any problems with since I got it 2 years ago.

I'm 36, almost 5'3" and my goal is 125 at this point..I haven't weighed less than that since I had my 3rd baby.

Incredible!! You look fantastic:)

Looking at the pics, it's hard to believe you only lost 16 lbs! Looking good, keep it up:)

How about a handful of almonds or a banana?

Amazing, you look like a different person! great job!

Lookin good! Great job!

The only thing I can go by as far as accuracy is concerned is my old one and in that case, yes it seems accurate. Set-up is very easy....even easier than my last Polar.

Love my FT4!! I had the F4 for about 5 years before it died on me and never had a problem with it.

I never log cleaning. I think of it this way, I have always cleaned my house no matter what shape I've been in so I'm not going to keep track of it now. I think it could especially backfire if you are "eating exercise calories". In my opinion, you should only track actual exercising not daily chores. The only chore I count…

Thank you, after looking at the whole set-up of the routine for awhile, I thought that might be it but just wanted to be clear. Again, thank you so much...did my first session using your template this morning and it was great!

Thank you all so much, I was thinking I would try to do Stronglifts 2x's a week and then I came across a thread someone posted about a 2 day routine! He has one set up, you just have to plug your exercises in. I'll most likely try that and see how it works out for me. I appreciate everyone's input!

Wow....I just posted about this earlier! I was looking for recommendations for a 2 day full body heavy lifting routine. This is great info, thank you very much..exactly what I was looking for. I have a question, though, and it's probably really stupid but what do you mean when you say "primary, secondary, heavy, and light"?

Fromaquasar- I think I definitely over-did it the first month. My routine was this : squats, dead lifts, lunges, rows, lat pull-downs, bench presses, seated presses, and some Ab work 3x's a week. All exercises I did btwn 8 and 10 reps, 3 sets. Then, while looking at some of the other routines, I noticed dead lifts were…

I use Repeat Timer Pro and listen to Pandora as well. You can definitely hear it over the music!

Thanks!! I plan on getting one at home very soon and would love to have some ideas for workouts!

I'm 5'2" and 4mph is a fast walk. Once I hit about 4.5 is when I start a slow jog.

If I had a decent road bike, I would probably think about getting a trainer but I don't! Just another person who got hooked on spin class at the gym:) I have a lot of other equipment at home and find the only time I go to the gym is once or twice a week for the class so it would probably be cheaper in the long run to get…

@Lora- Thank you, that is one of the bikes on my list! I'm only worried about the handlebars being too far away since they can only be adjusted vertically. I'm 5'2.5" on a good day. Do you think it could be an issue for me or not? @Brian-Just give me your address and I'll come take care of that Schwinn for you;)
