  • I run the 5K Heaton Park (North Manchester) parkrun each Saturday - this Saturday was my 53rd parkrun since May 2010. They are great fun and they challenge you to try and get a PB each week. Best thing is they are free and fun!

  • I took Alli back in September-October 2010 and although it did work (with a few nasty side effects) the worst side effect was that I suffered gallstone pain and in April 2011 I had to have my gallbladder removed.
