It's rainy here this morning and I almost put off walking but a friend texted me and asked if I was going. It was not raining much so I put on my rain jacket and we went walking. I feel so much better about my choice. Come on you can do it. Get moving.

I can relate to that. I am home during the summer months and find myself focusing on when I can eat next and that is so hard. I try to get out of the house. Try going for a walk. You just have to refocus on something else. I do try to keep low calorie snacks like carrots or apples or even a big dill pickle. Good luck

I had three pieces of Pizza Hut Meat Lovers Stuffed crust pizza and a large milkshake. It sure tasted good when I was doing it but I got a horrible stomach ache and felt terrible. Won't do that again. I do like Chinese Buffets but haven't done that in a while. I want my last ten pounds off. :happy:

I need to lose ten more to reach the goal my doctor set. Seems to be the hardest pounds to lose.

Oh my this is what got me into trouble in the first place....eating too much of a good thing. I love chocolate anything for sure but cake with chocolate icing awesome, also pecan pie, fried chicken, coconut shrimp, watermelon, fudge cookies, and the list could go on.

I've had the honey mustard snack wrap for lunch. It's not bad. Also the hamburger is not too bad calorie wise. If you get it with apples ( no caramel) with water you can eat McDonalds.

I started with portion control and eating more healthy selections. I started walking and now can run some. I do use my elliptical that I bought.

I did not eat any cake at a cookout today!!!! It looked so good.

I try to drink water mostly but I do prefer Coke Zero over Diet Coke. Sadly when you eat out and would like a soda the choices are limited to Diet Coke except for a few places. I also like Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet Sprite. I can't stand regular sodas now. They are too sweet for me it seems.

I'm getting an early start on my walking/running. It's warm but I get my hour walk in. Plus I make sure I drink water afterwards.

I try to eat around 1200 a day. I exercise 6 days a week. No I do not eat back my exercise calories. I know that is probably not the best thing to do but it works for me. I have around 10 more pounds to lose by doctor recomendation.

Eating what I wanted when I wanted it and lack of exercise. Love the all you can eat buffets too much with my sons and husband. I did great for the Fourth of July but ate too much last weekend at the family reunion. I gained a little over two pounds but almost have it off this morning. Green beans with lard were awesome as were the desserts. But I did a lot better than I have a past reunions. I didn't eat until I was miserable. I did make better…

I eat spaghetti squash with sauce when I feed spaghetti to my family. I love eating something that is a lot healthier for me.

I know how you feel. I eat something I shouldn't and feel so guilty. I just have to remember that tomorrow is another day and not to give up. When I look at how much weight I've lost I know the little mess ups didn't make that big of a deal. Just don't make a habit of it.

I take 100 calorie snack packs and cereal bars.

It's hard but you can do it. I was hungry and the beginning but do a lot better now. Raw veggies and dill pickles help.

Down is good. Remember you didn't gain all the weight in one week. That's what my husband tells me. Just keep doing what you are doing.

It depend how you carry your weight. I'm 5'5, weigh 160 and wear a size 14. I've had three kids and carry my weight around my stomach. I'm shooting for 150 but I'll never wear really small jeans I think.

I usually don't eat mine back. I'm on a 1200 calorie a day diet so when I reach that I don't eat anymore. I do put my exercise calories in.
