I lost around 8 pounds one week after several months of dieting. It can happen. Be happy and remember the next week you might not lose any.

I love Chinese food too. My family likes the buffets. I really try to avoid it but if we go I try to eat a lot of brocolli. Don't know if that is a good thing.

Put on a pair of Columbia shorts that were tight last summer. They are VERY loose. I have tightened the draw string and will only wear them at home for sure. I've pull on them all day. Great feeling.

Chocolate, cookies, Doritos, ice cream Seems anything with high fat.

Wow!

I weigh every day to monitor myself. I do not add the ups though. It usually goes back down and then some. I have to do better on weekends for sure. I dread Monday's. I'm the only one in my family making changes and that makes it hard.

After reading your post it sounds like someone trying to sell you more. Good grief some of the things don't sound right at all. I'm 5'5 and my doctor told me he'd be happy with me at 150. Sounds to me like you are on the right track.

When I set up my goal I set up for about 40 pounds. But I set small goals for myself in increments of ten. I am almost at the big goal I put in but I need another 10 pounds for sure according to my doctor and will continue towards that goal. After that I will see how I feel and will continue to maintain.

I usually don't have bad days maybe a bad meal. Yes, I log in every day. It drives my husband crazy sometimes but it holds me responsible especially the next day. I haven't missed a day logging in around 5 months. It makes me exercise too. I like those extra calories even though I usually don't eat them back.

I too had my gallbladder out several years ago. I have to eat low fat or I pay for it. I have always watched my fat intake since then. I have not had trouble losing weight but being 51 I have to work harder to lose now.

Weekends kill me. I eat out more with my husband and I could do a lot better. I try to make good food choices though but sometimes splurge like last night I had french fries and fried catfish.. Of course I gain some but will get it off next week. :-P

I can deal with the clothes being bigger. Yay me!!! But like many others I am cold a lot. I was in a conference yesterday and the presenter commented on my wearing my hoodie and drinking coffee. I was cold. I don't go many places without my hoodie. I even complain about my own home being too cold. My family of course…

Beautiful East Tennessee here!!!

Recently Pizza Hut Supreme stuffed crust pizza and a large Sonic chocolate shake. I was soooooo sick that night. I have had my share of Chinese buffets in the past.

Glad I read your post. I have gained 5 pounds back and was like no way. I know what I did wrong, ate too much. So I reset my calories back to 1200 and will continue my hour of walking. (That I never stopped.) Hopefully the 5 pounds will be off quickly and I'll continue loosing.

I am 5'5. My starting weight was 197. My current weight is 164. My goal weight is 150. Not always been easy but well worth it.

I was in a weight loss challenge in our county sponsored by the Ag department. We were introduced to myfitnesspal by the woman heading the weight loss challenge. I am competitive in these challenges and knew I was over weight and looked aweful. We didn't get the support we expected in the challenge but I won second place…

I'm pear shaped. I noticed my back, fingers (my rings are loose), and face. Some in my waist because my clothes size has gone down.

You look awesome!!!

Great job!!!

I weigh myself every morning so I can adjust for the next day. When I started exercising for an hour instead of 30 minutes I did notice my weight went up. I'm trying not to worry because I'm aware of the changes this brings. I need to know how I'm doing.

I try not to buy it. Granted with boys in the house that doesn't always happen. I do have 100 calorie snacks for times when I just have to have something. I love the 100 calorie Kettle Corn popcorn bags. Gum and flavored water helps too. But it comes down to if it's not in the house then you can't eat it.

It is so frustrating. I need 13 pounds to reach my doctor's recomendation. Of course 30 would be great. I have struggled to lose the last weight. I hate it. Trying to figure out what to do to get going again.
