I cook up several servings of the regular oatmeal, put in containers and don't have to cook can eat cold or add milk warm up about 90 seconds, pretty instant this way too

I'm thinking you can hide loose skin easier than fifty pounds of extra weight. Try to let the weight loss be more about being healthy and the loose skin look shouldn't bother you as bad.

I have found that if you take a bite of the granola and suck on it versus chewing it gives you the sweet sensation and lasts longer.
