I ignored a lot and it worked with all of them but one. He was persistent and annoying almost to the point of blocking him. I finally relented to talking to him and I'm really glad I did, we've been together 3 years now. Makes me wonder how many other great guys I ignored for a silly reason.

I'm not consistent with my eating/not eating exercise calories. If I'm hungry or honestly feel like I need them then I do but if I still feel good/satisfied I don't bother.

I used to skate flat track roller derby and one of our coaches would always yell "You can do anything for 60 seconds!" It stuck with me (big time) and now I even catch myself yelling it when I run.
