I definitely need the help! I am 52 and a stay-at-home mom with one who is 11..I lost a lot of weight after I had my last kid at age 40, but it has gradually seemed to come back on again. Any suggestions anyone has would be nice. I just can't seem to lose it..how do I get that ticker to go on my profile.. Thanks!
