I'm the same way. I have been shopping at cheap places like Ross right now. I have 1 pair of jeans (too big but I make it work with a belt), 1 pair of fitting work slacks and a few shirts. LOL. It's a pathetic wardrobe considering I work an office job and have to dress nice 5 days a week then the weekends. LOL. I'm just…

A little NSV....... noticeable collar bones appearing and my boyfriend can throw me over his shoulder and squat me no problem. :) Oh, and I'm feeling my ab muscles and getting some definition now!

I know. much better range of motion and much less risk of injury. Gotta get out of my comfort zone and do it. They have safety bars. I'll be fine! Lol. (I hope!) Haha! ;)

Good God woman. You are a beast! Love it! I'm only squatting about 120 and that's on the Smith rack. :( I want to start in the regular squat rack but I lift alone and it makes me nervous. Lol.

Great post! I am always analyzing my macro's throughout the day to see where I am lacking or too high to adjust it with my next meal if need be. Good to know I am doing it right. LOL.

Good to know!! Eating my apple now, but still logging it!! lol

That is freakin fabulous!! LOL

Way to go!!!! What a figure!! You and I are built very similar and I started at 213 size 18 pant and am now 160 10 womens jeans. Usually a medium-large shirt depending on the bust room. LOL. Very cool! Adding you if that is ok. :flowerforyou:

And no holding on to the treadmill at an incline. LOL!
-
30 minute HIIT treadmill intervals (9-10mph 30 second sprint, 1-2 minute 3.5mph walk, 4.5mph max incline jog 45-60 seconds, then walk again, repeat) and 40-50 minutes of heavy, little rest weight lifting. On my good days, I burn into the 600's. ;) And yes, do get a HRM!

I myself do not think it's worth it. Just eat cleaner, watch your calories, and exercise. It really isn't that hard and so much cheaper. My biggest rant with this product is that it doesn't teach a healthy lifestyle change, but instead a quick replacement. When they stop, I almost bet many people will gain again because…

Amen to that!!!! When I started I was a 40DDD, after 53 pounds I'm now a 36DD at 160 pounds, size 11 jeans. I'm hoping I will get to a C when all is said and done. I have always been big chested and wanted smaller boobs. I don't think they will get much smaller than a c cup but I will, and have lost volume. But the way I…

Nah. I usually eat between 2-5 a day. Just drink lots of water to counter act the sodium. :)

This, especially when it's the infamous stinky old man at our gym in the used to be white shirt that is now pee yellow and he likes to touch his junk all the time! UGH!! Oh, and when people sit around chit chatting by the equipment. MOVE YOUR *kitten* or WORKOUT! LOL.

Feel free to add me! ;) I log on everyday, log my food and exercise everyday, and that includes my strength training details. :) The more the merrier.

Such an amazing journey you are on. Not just physical but your emotional triumphs as well. Congrats to you! You are proving just how strong of a woman you are to overcome it all and be the new healthy you! I am so very glad you decided to post this. Please keep us updated!!! You are very inspiring. I raise my wine glass to…

I do it under. That's what mine says to do. I am large chested though so I wonder if it would read ok above??? My 2 bras seem to shift it around sometimes. HMMMM. I will have to look into that.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. :)

Beautifully said. I couldn't agree more! Not to mention, fast weight loss = loose skin. If you lose it slowly and strength train, your skin has more time to adjust to the changes and bounce back as you progress. Not in all cases, but I have seen far fewer loose skin problems on people who did it by their own means than…

It doesn't sound like he was trying to put you down or anything. I would say he thought you were cute. LOL. Wait till your lifts start getting heavy. Then they will shut up. LOL. I think some men can be intimidated by a woman who lifts as much (or more) than they can. 9 times out of 10, I'm the only girl in the "Boy…

I eat the Cliff bars sometimes after my workout, but before for an energy boost, I love Raw Revolution Spirulina and Cashew bars. Soooo good. They are a very dark green in color because of the Spirulina, but taste awesome. LOL. My co-worker (naturally skinny corn dog eating gal) says they are my baby poop bars. HAHA! They…
