Between 110 and 115...just depends on how I feel at 115. I used to weigh 105 but that was too small.

I don't pay any attention to sugars....especially ones that occur naturally in my food. I have lost 17 lbs in a little over 2 months and I guarantee you that I go over my sugar EVERYDAY! I'm more concerned with going over on my carbs than anything else.

If you're having a hard time eating your calories then drink them! I usually do a protein drink. It works. I lost my first 10 lbs no problem and then all of a sudden BOOM!! Nothing for a month. I upped my calories and have lost 4 lbs these past two weeks.

And I completely understand :) I have 3 kids and a junk food junkie husband, Right now in my house there are doritos and like 5 boxes of cake mix. I've got 15 lbs to go and am targeted to lose .7 lbs a week...so that's like 4 lbs every 5 weeks. My calorie intake is 1200 and I exercise around 4 hours a week.

For the first two weeks I was starving all the time too...I think my body was readjusting to the calorie change. The fruit could be doing it due to the sugar content.
