I quit cold turkey no medicaitons special patchs or anything and let me tell you it was hard but not impossiable. Prepare yourself for changes in your mood and inablity to sleep well for a few weeks while all the toxins…

If you are female 1200 is just fine and men about 1500..............Starvation mode really doesn't happen until you are below about 6% body fat but I think what people are thinking is if you eat too few calories you can actually lower your metabolism in turn lowering your BMR and in turn creating a lower deficit than what…

Losing weight in general is the only thing you can do......You really can't spot areas to loss weight and work them out and expect to loss the weight there :)........Your body will take care of everything if you feed and train it right :).....Best of luck to you!

LOL.......5 lbs. in a week in a half! If you are already working out and eating right that is a tall order!! Not that can't be done but it is not realistic and even if you loss it the loss will be superficial and will not stay gone but there is nothing wrong with trying......Just think cardio, cardio, cardio lol

Care free :)

Lets face it someone loses some weight and they automatically think they are an expert lol. Everyones body is differennt so you have to find what works best for you!

I guess I can chime in here. I have lost a ton of weight and the one thing I know for sure, at least for me that is, when I eat my calories I burn I don't lose weight! I have a friend of mine that has a PhD. and she told me over and over that not eating your workout calories is not that important unless you are trying to…

Usually lifting heavy, for most that is, means you are working out doing around 3 sets of 6-8 reps usually failing in between the 6-8. Its different for everyone so each person has to find there "max" and work from there :)

Your BMR is only an estimation based on your gender, height, weight and physical activity. Your metabolisim may not be running as fast as it should therefore you are not burning as much calories as you BMR says you are. The best thing to do if you really want to know is to buy a heart rate monitor and wear it for a few…
