If your body goes into starvation mode, it means you aren't eating enough. My guess is you need to up your calorie intake and the weight will fall off.

thank you! I was logging it at the 3.0mph walk preset in here and only 269 calories. I knew that couldn't be right! I was leaning more towards aerobics because it isn't just walking at all. I do 45 min and I'm 233, so I know it should be more calories burned.
