There's nothing wrong with fasting. I was at a standstill for a month and half until I did a 16/8 split (fast 16 hours, eat in 8 hour window) and Im already down 3 lbs. Its allowing me more calories at night, which is great because I'm a nighttime snacker. Do what works for YOU!

Thank you! We have tried going to the gym every morning together but then once one of us doesn't want to go, the other one doesn't go. I'm usually the one doing the motivating. Maybe we will start small and work our way up! Thanks for the advice!

11 pounds since March 6th, 2014! I just cut out all soda, complex carbs, fast food, and sweets. I also try to go to the gym for an hour every morning, but that doesn't work out so well sometimes.
