  • CONGRATS!!! im 5'3 and my goal is about 125lb. My starting weight was 283lbs , yes morbidly obese! i have lost about 8.5 pounds in a month! I have never been small so im just going to go by looks and feel rather than a number, however a number is a good place to start.
