Super Mario World Troddlers - no one else seems to have heard of this game, but I swear I didn't dream it!

Awesome!

My amazingly warm and waterproof winter coat from last year now buries me... it's a size 18 which I bought because it could still fit if I was wearing several layers underneath. I'm currently about a 12/14 so I look ridiculous in it :grumble: On the counter-balance though... I couldn't bear to get rid of my favourite wool…

For me it is: Breakfast Dinner (though I do occasionally use lunch) Tea Supper is a snack before bed

I've recently started watching this web series called YouCube. It's about a guy called Peter and his workout blog that he does at his desk. Exercises for the office = Offercises! It's got some good tips. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=ELlb2FnoHQJeg

I have a set of weights which add up to 50kg and can be used with either dumbbells or a barbell. This is what I was using on NROLFW and I did fine with them. I think I got my set for £45 from Argos. Some of the exercises also call for one of those big exercise balls, but they can be picked up quite cheaply too. I think…

I don't plan on ever getting married again myself, but I think that this is an awesome idea.

These look awesome. Thank you for sharing! :flowerforyou: I think I have all the ingredients in, so might give them a go tonight!

KFC is my weakness. I try to only go once a month at most, but when I do go, I normally have the boneless banquet with gravy as the side and water as the drink (but that's because I don't really care for fizzy drinks). Not sure what your calorie goal is, but this is only 774 cals in the UK, which usually fits in mine. In…

I know it's fast food and therefore will be high in calories, but before I started on MFP, I would think nothing of having a large big mac meal with one or two double cheeseburgers on the side! BAM! Over 2000 calories on one meal! That really shocked me. Also, there has been several times in the past where I've had a whole…

You are looking awesome! You can really see the progress you've made so far! :flowerforyou:

I've indulged in some whiskey this evening! I just treat the weekend like any other day, though with more occasional alcohol as I don't have to get up for work! As long as it fits in my calories (or doesn't go massively over at least), its all good.

I've "only" lost 25lbs but... I'm now in size 12/14 instead of 16/18 I feel stronger and more confident I have completed a 5km race, when at first I thought that day 1 of C25K would kill me! I can do 10 real push ups!

I'm 30, single and not looking to change that anytime soon. I've been married (at 21) and divorced (at 25), and was actually engaged to the last person I broke up with too. I know that I take things way too fast in relationships, and always end up driving them into the figurative wall. I've made a decision to stay away…

I'm 5'3" and my daily calories are 1900. I'm currently 163lbs and I'm looking to get to around 132lbs, though that number isn't set in stone. I do krav maga training twice a week, and body weight training 3 times a week. I don't eat my exercise calories back unless it drops my net a lot below BMR, so it works out at about…

You could always try making your own  http://www.cookingwithjax.com/2012/04/dragons-den-inspired-holy-crap-skinny-b.html

I'm 5'3" and I'm currently aiming for around 132. However, once I get below 140 I'll be happy, and my focus will shift from losing weight to lowering body fat % and looking good naked
-
Just wondering, was that from the TDEE calculator bit? What figures did you enter? I'm only 5'3" and I get a TDEE of over 1600 even if I put in my lowest goal weight of 126lbs at sedentary!

I only go out about once a month, but I tend to end up having about 8 shots of whiskey with mixers. I've lowered my calorie intake from that by switching to diet coke. I assume that I'm going to have at least that, enter it for the day and work my other meals around it, but I don't sweat it if I go over. My attitude now is…

Make sure you fill in your food diary every day, and don't "forget" about the little snacks you may have had - it's surprising how much these can add up sometimes. Also, what I do is fill in my diary in advance. I'll enter what I think I will be having each day, at least two meals worth, and this then lets me know what I…

I buy Tescos own brand plain greek yogurt. I get it because I like the taste, especially with a bit of fruit or honey, or recently as a replacement for sour cream on my mexican style wraps
-
Last week I had mexican vegetable wraps. Basically a load of different veggies (baby sweetcorn, mushrooms, baby courgettes, sugarsnap peas, mangetout, onion) all chopped up in a (very big) frying pan and quickly stir-fried in fry light (spray oil). I then added 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and a tin of red kidney beans and 2…

I have a "happy book" filled with things that remind me of times when things are better, and always makes me smile. I also try to write down at least one positive thing each day to try to keep my mind away from the negative thoughts. I can read back through these and it helps to get me out of a rut.

I used to play Eve Online, but I've cancelled that this month as I just don't seem to get round to playing it anymore. My annual pass for WoW runs out in October I think, so I will probably be cancelling that then too. I'm still playing on Diablo 3 but it's as and when I can. I just have so much other stuff going on that I…

Hi, As far as I know you can't specify the date that it is effective from. Once it is changed, it applies to all days regardless. You know that you were within your goals in the past so it's all good. Just because the goal numbers have changed, it doesn't change the amount that you ate. Make a note on your food diary that…

I couldn't do many proper pushups to begin with. When I started with my lifting program, I started doing my pushups on the stairs. Started at the 4th step up, then next time moved to the 3rd step, then down to the 2nd. I'm now on proper pushups.
