I tried the 30DS and couldn't do the push ups. I've since put the DVD back on the shelf and have been slowly building up my strength at my own pace. I track everything, even this Saturday just gone which was a total write-off! Nearly double my recommended :noway: I'm on this site to keep a track of me, and if I'm not honest with myself, how am I supposed to do that? If I cheat on the food diary, I'm only cheating myself and making it harder to lose the weight.

I just finished my first day of week one. The first few running/jogging parts were killing me, but the last two or three weren't too bad. It was harder than I had expected - never realised how long 60 seconds was!! - but it did seem to get easier at the end, which was also a surprise, but a nice one. :smile:

I've used a variation of mine for about 15 years...it was originally inspired by the mascot of Alisha's Attic. Remember them? :bigsmile: I loved them when I was a teenager, and the name kinda stuck with me.

I weigh myself most days, but my only "official" weigh-in day is Monday, so none of the others really count :smile: If the number has gone up, it doesn't mean anything, and if it goes down, I feel a little bit happier :happy:

Rollercoasters... I live fairly close to Alton Towers in UK, and I've been there a few times. I like the childish feeling of being in a theme park, but I'm petrified of rollercoasters.
