I've still been losing, averaging just over 1lb a week using the calorie limits that MFP calculated for me. As of yesterday, my calorie goal was 1350 to lose 1lb a week (little shorty! :wink: ). I've had a few weeks off because of illness, but I'm back again. I've just redone W5D1, and surprisingly, it didn't kill me after my break from it. I'm happy with that as I was fully expecting to be knocked back to week 4 or even week 3.

It's not gone as planned. Yesterday I woke up feeling like rubbish, and it's only gotten worse today. Stupid flu. So I've not done D2, and looks like it might not get it done today either. Depending how I feel tomorrow, I may redo D1, then start W5 again next week when I'm feeling better.
