I think if you meet your goals and get the carb-protien fat ratios right. Then watch which types of fat you eat. Make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals. I'm a pharmacist for 38 years. I'm a diabetic for 25 years due to a drug that killed my pancreas. I am on an insulin pump. Read the clinical literature and you will find suppliments don't work. Even the increlins by injection cause 5-7% changes only and they are Rx only. Mark Braun, MS,RPh

Jui Jitsu is the best workout. I studied 20 years ago under Royce and Rorian Gracie and that sport kicks your *kitten* in shape. I wish I could still do it. I was just commmenting on a previous post. Mark Braun

I'm new just started this week got a fitbit too. 6'8" and 400. I have a long way to go. Been down with a cellulitis problem and diabetes out of whack so starting gradually. Thanks for letting me in the Big Guys Group
