No, once you make it there they don't ever let you leave, it's the city's dirty little secret.

90/10. Nutrition is for losing weight, exercise is for getting fit. I have not worked out and lost weight and worked out 18 hours a week and gained weight.

When my face changed, I would literally jump every time I went into the bathroom because there was a stranger staring at me. I hated my face. Not because there was anything wrong with the face, but because it wasn't MY face (I was overweight or obese my whole life and started losing the weight at 31). Took about 3 years to…

I log daily for now and for at least 8 more weeks so you can add me now and kick me out when I go through a not-logging slump :) (I don't gain weight I just don't log sometimes, i.e. not training for a race, etc.)

It revs up your metabolism. Completely normal and a sign it's working!

I'll crave weird things like one time I was just eating granola cereal out of the box and another time I ate a whole loaf of bread lol

You should NEVER do anything through pain. Soreness is fine, pain never is. Takes years of doing a bunch of stuff to be able to tell the difference of how each feels in your own body.

I just had to mention that I *AM* a unique snowflake ;) 36-year-old walks out..... :)

I thought I was at the MFP boards. So according to this thread only those with a normal BMI should be allowed to give advice. Point taken. I could never think less of someone because of their weight. I never want to be that kind of person.

I eat all my calories by 11a most days (and I also don't work out the rest of the day). I have found if I have chunks of 12-18 hours where I don't eat I get hungry less. I can Not Eat for 18 hours easier than 3 lol If I eat frequently I'm more hungry.

15 lbs in about 10 hours. 2 bags of saline after being hit by a car while on a bicycle suck.

I'm sad that someone who lost 40 lbs would call another another overweight person a lardbutt. I'm about at the half-weight mark (230 lbs vs. 117.5 lbs) and when I first started losing weight made a very conscious decision to never forget.

I had to take 10 weeks off after being hit by a car while on a bike. I went back the first week of July and I'm finally getting some traction now. Almost back to my pre-accident weights. When I re-started though I couldn't squat so I used bands and I would step on it with one leg and pull it up with the other to get a leg…

Makes no difference to me. The following do: 1. Do they have a personality. 2. Are they hard. 3. Are they fun. I don't judge anybody, instructor or not, on body size.

Same thing every day. It does vary but I'm good with sameness. Less to think about.

That weekly schedule looks what I eat in a day lol
