Stuff that has no nutritonal value. I don't really limit per diet per se but I try to eat healthy, just not calorie-wise but content-wise.
-
I approve of your goal :D

Did it for 100 days starting 1/1/14 and stopped binge eating. Dropped 20 lbs or so in 3 months or so. Then got hit by a car and started binging again and because I had "proved" to myself that I could stop binge eating once, did it again without having to go SF. One of the best things I've ever done in my life, the…

I had 3 today and I have 74 of them downstairs.

Mine's 35-40. I even have a bracelet ID that says RHR is 40's-50's (need to update it I guess) so that doctors don't freak out. That's why triathletes prefer to go to doctors who are also athletes.

"How did you lose the weight?" "Ate right and exercised." "Oh."
-
Yeah your goals definitely change as you get skinnier and skinnier.
-
I got the lowest BMI before being underweight (107.5 lbs for 5'4") and go as skinny as I want without going under. I have been 112 lbs and I'm 119 lbs. I feel best at 115-117 lbs.
-
MFP puts in a percentage so if it says 40 it's 40% not grams, and it goes off the daily recommended value for most adults of 1200mg of calcium, so 50% would be 600mg for the day.
-
OMG. I look right now like you looked on the left. I think you just convinved me to get the skin nipped off (and I flap while I run and I run a lot... seriously if you run next to me you can hear flap flap flap flap).
-
I've NEVER cut carbs (and I do endurance sports, triathlons, etc, which run on carbs) and I've lost 111 lbs.
-
Any hard liquor (rum, vodka, whiskey, etc., avoid things like "coconut" etc.) and diet soda will run you 100-200 cals per 2 oz. The food you will consume while drunk will run you 2000-3000. Go with clear liquor and diet soda.

I have gained weight while training for a full Ironman and binging (~10 lbs) and I have lost weight bed-bound after being hit by a car.
-
Before I lost 109 lbs I couldn't find clothing in most stores that fit me. Now I STILL have trouble finding clothes that fit me in most stores :\

Eh, I'm secure enough in my knowledge not to let a LOLZZOMG get me into a tizzy :) I guess we will all keep doing what works for us. Yours in health. P.S. I do have a lot of knowledge and experience in this area if anyone wants to know more or learn more.

You do realize it's not the same sugar and it has a completely different effect on the body, right?
-
I stopped binge-eating when I went sugar-free on 1/1/14. Then I got hit by a car on 5/3/14 after not binging all year and used binging to get me through it and went sugar-free to stop binging again. Going sugar-free for a handful again resets me into non-binging mode. I also lost weight like crazy, it melted right off…

Eh, maybe I would have learned something if I had finished it but I stopped pretty early on when that video showed a link to a fat loss pill website and the website has one of his videos on their main page.

Uhm, I call B.S. that the average person burns 280 cals in an hour of cardio. When I was obese I burned 700-800 cals an hour doing Zumba. Now I do 300-350 because I'm not that tall or wide. And I don't "need" to lose weight, I lean out towards races at 117-118 lbs at 5'4". Anyone who needs to lose weight will burn plenty…

I lost over 100 lbs with Spin, TurboKick, and Zumba, and I did it at 230 lbs 5'4" which is very obese
-
Uhm, cardio burns tons of calories. Well, at least the way *I* do it.
-
I do this when I want to lose weight to get from normal weight to race weight (triathlons) but I'm not in a hurry. Eat 1500 cals a day which is what I burn at rest and the exercise (swim/bike/run training) and weights leans me out.
-
I wonder if the GW changes as you lose weight. Anyone else around 120lbs out there? :) I've been as low as 112 lbs (107.5 lbs is the lowest with a healthy BMI). I know at 121.5 lbs I still feel a few lbs on me. Around 117 lbs I feel long and lean.

5'4", 230 lbs to a current 121.5 lbs, over five years since I lost the weight. I don't have cheat. I love what I eat so much I don't need to cheat on it.
