I agree...I don't understand why some people feel that they can use their anonymity to be nasty - it really bothers me, and believe me, I'm a totally happy, confident person - I just don't get why people do that. I think it does help, but it's very, very challenging in my job (I'm a teacher) to drink enough - we're all chronically dehydrated because we can't get to a bathroom! Very frustrating :(
