That physique! Very jelly. No homo.

I get the same after a heavy lower body day and can have trouble standing up after sitting down for a while. If you're new to doing lower body weight training it's a bit of a strange (and painful) experience but you get used to it pretty quickly :)

Again, not my type, lol.

Haha, all too familiar with that one!

Not to mention doing that all over again as you try to stand up and your quads and calves don't want to co-operate.

Super cute in those glasses :D

Too hard to choose! Back shot is great but so are the ab shots!

I eat a lot of chicken, eggs, steamed & fresh veggies, steak, cottage cheese, oats etc. Wholegrain pasta and brown rice also appear from time to time in my meals.

Lifting ftw :D

Nope. I was using it to track while trying to add some new mass and was eating 3500+ as well, now try to cut all the way down to 10% or so but will most likely use it again in a few months time when wanting to bulk.

Used to be a pretty hardcore gamer, especially when I got into EVE Online about 3 years ago. Have backed off a bit these days as I spend a lot more time at the gym or playing sports but still love to relax with a good RPG/FPS/RTS xD

Welcome to the site! All the best with your goals :D

Came to see what I had posted and figure I might as well update my numbers for me to look at again down the track! As of 30/12/12 Squat - 150kg (30kg gain) Deadlift - 200kg (30kg gain) Bench - 85kg (10kg gain) So 435kg total (70kg total gain). Currently doing P.H.A.T. 5 days a week on average for 90 minute sessions…

Currently at 2400 but go as low as 1800 and over 3500 when trying to add more mass. Active 6 days a week with 5 days where I lift weights for 90-120 minutes plus basketball and indoor soccer.

Gotta love a super flexible woman ;) I've thought about doing Yoga on non-lifting days to help with recovery and whatnot. My gym has changed their group classes timetables and Yoga is on Wednesday morning starting in January which could slot in quite easily.

Never touched WoW but played EVE Online for a few years. Also dabbled with SW:TOR, Diablo 3, CoD and BF series and almost anything based around Dungeons & Dragons. Also a PS3 gamer xD

A wall or wall like object. Basically anything stable, noted! Haha. Agree on what you say about single life being fun (not to mention generally less complicated) but yes, the sexual stuff definitely is missed.. PS - It's Saturday night for me and yep, it's a quiet lonely one at home which I'm fine with. You want a more…

Damn! I'm actually rather jealous of how awesome her back is! And genetic freak or not, still gotta put in the work! Having a great trainer by your side helps too - great job Matt and keep it up Yo!

Posted in here before and will again, heh. 29 year old male from Sydney here. Started here in January 2012 and lost over 20kg. Started lifting weights in late May and love it. Currently trying to cut body fat after putting on about 6kg when building some new muscle and hope to get to around 10% before starting again! I…
