I'm finishing up my third week of IF doing 16/8 and so far, so good. Thought it'd be more difficult, especially at the start but starting was easier than expected. May consider doing 18/6 or even 20/4 in future depending on how things go but for now 16/8 is going well :)

I'm a sucker for a cute face and green eyes do it for me like blue does for you. Short and petite frame is super sexy in my books.

Least favourite - Belly that is taking it's time going away Favourite - Shoulders, they're starting to really build up and round out.

+2 I did cleaning and stuff before MFP and see it as part of "normal" daily activity. If I spent half a day moving furniture and boxes and stuff, then I'd possibly log that.

I've used Optimum Nutrition on many occasions. Good solid product with a good range of flavours and great taste.

For daily health/wellbeing supplements I use a multivitamin to fill in any micro nutrient gaps in my diet and fish oil caps. When it comes to training I use a protein supplement for post workout and also creatine.

I wish that was me in the pic I linked up... :p

Deadlifts! Never thought I'd see the day where I did weight lifting but I do and I love it! Deads are my favourite :) Also started doing power cleans recently.

If you're doing your strength work and are positive people aren't looking at you due to bad form/technique then I'd just block them out and focus on your own workout. If you're noticing people looking at you while you're lifting weights you aren't fully focusing on your lift. I only joined a gym for the first time 6 1/2…

I did some kickboxing when I was a kid and loved it! Kept me fit between soccer seasons. Had to stop when we moved to the other side of the city but would love to take it up again during basketball off season to really get some conditioning going. It's a good cardio workout and will also help with flexibility and balance.

I started off with my weight loss with a LOT of cardio and no strength training for the first 6 months. I lost a lot of weight but still looked all flabby despite 20kg disappearing. Starting lifting weights in late May and worked around the big 3 movements (squat / deadlift / benchpress) + assistance lifts and after only a…

As long as I don't relapse into old bad habits I'm pretty sure I'll be in the best shape of my life come the one late in the year.

Gamer dude here! Mostly a PC gamer and love RTS/RPG and the odd FPS. Also have a PS3 which I pretty much got to play third person type games and NBA games (<3 basketball). Sadly my gaming time is quite low these days but on the plus side I am down over 40lbs and a few pants sizes and am considerably fitter and stronger. As…

Mmm, Selene xD Sexy, strong and sexy ;D

My food is pretty similar day after day with small variations here and there. I've lost weight and I enjoy what I eat so I don't see the problem as long as I'm hitting my macros :)

Awesome flat tummy

Doesn't look a day past 20.

Howdy! :drinker:

You'll both be right ;) Eat good, train hard, sleep well :D

First of all, awesome tummy you got there xD I personally exercise 5-6 days a week currently doing 4 days of weights for 60-90 minutes per session + 2 HIIT sessions on non-lifting days :)

Works his compound lifts!

Nah, I reckon I can keep the progress going throughout the holiday period. I'm confident that I've got the discipline and control to keep on track even when splurging a bit on holiday goodies :)
-
Do both. Something like 2-3 weights & 1-2 cardio sessions (more if you can/want to) so that you continue building and maintaining muscle mass while burning fat.

Usual breakfast items for me would include eggs, bacon, whole wheat toast, oats, bananas and occasionally will have berries and yoghurt.

Hahahaha, gold xD
