Try adding dry fruit to your diet. It;s prepackaged and usually very easy to snack on whenever. Also add in a cup of fruit juice a day or a glass of V8 but I wouldn't do more than one glass a day because of course the calorie content but it helps make sure your body is getting balanced. Fiber is a great source for filling full. You should eat a good deal of fiber too. Try balancing your fiber and protein. They both should be over though because MFP does set it on the low side.

I agree with the no babies for me yet either and its also part of my motivation. So glad I'm not the only one thought I was a litttle crazy. lol. I started my day with a my own healthy sausage english muffin and lots of singing on the way to work.
