I use this product and I love it. However, the DFT won't do much for you if you aren't using the capsules and lifestyle mix. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Awesome job!

I usually give in. I'm working on self control right now when it comes to food.

I noticed Epsom salt baths really help when my body is aching, too. I'll have to keep up with the magnesium supplements to see if they'll help long term with chocolate cravings.

I have only read negative information about artificial sweeteners, so I try to stay away from them as much as possible. Have you tried drinking flavored sparkling water? That helps me when I'm craving a soda but don't want to drink my calories.

I am an emotional eater. I start putting on weight whenever I'm not happy with my life, and instead of changing what is making me unhappy I just stuff myself full of food. I eat when I'm not hungry. I sometimes eat to pass the time.

I weigh myself once a day, at least. But then again I'm probably addicted to my scale. But I find if I don't weigh myself once a day I tend to gain weight if I only weigh myself every week. The daily weighing helps me stay on track and keeps me accountable to myself.

Sorry, I thought that would respond back to the person saying, "First thing in the morning after taking a crap." LOL

I wish I crapped first thing in the morning!

I have the latest iPhone and I love it! I've had absolutely no issues with my phone.

I have gluten intolerance, so I'm one of your non-wheat responders. :-) I eat tons of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains (like rice, millet, corn - basically anything that isn't wheat, rye, barley, or oats). I still eat cake and cookies; you know, the sinfully good stuff. But I have to make them with a different type of…

I am, too! You can befriend me if you want. I know it's really hard to eat gluten free when you're the only one in your household eating that way. Don't worry, there are TONS of gluten-free foods out there. And a lot of major grocery brands have gluten-free products, too. :-) Hurray!

The #1 killer ... LIFE! No reason to be so dramatic on here.

I'm on the Accelerated videos this week and I'm loving it! I haven't lost any weight due to my poor diet choices - and it's that time of the month - but I am noticing my clothes are fitting loser. Good luck and let me know how you like it!

I think your welcome bags sounds wonderful. I did not do a welcome bag, only a favor for the actual wedding day.

I'm gluten-free, too. You can befriend me if you'd like. I'm addicted to tortilla chips. :-)

Looking good and not having the Dr. try to get me on a diet regime that include pills.

Congratulations! You look amazing!

You're definitely not too old for that shirt! Go for it!

Thanks everyone! I had my son 8 months ago. It was an emergency c-section ... he was breached and I was fully dilated by the time I walked into the hospital. From the last post, I now understand that my body will take a bit longer to heal due to the fact that I was in labor before I had the c-section.

I keep being told to do Pilates to help bring the pouch down. So far it's helped a little, but I haven't been working on it as long as you have ... I just had my baby in February.

I'm not sure. But usually when I drink a diet soda it makes me crave sweets more. LOL. Try chewing gum, if you're concerned about the soda, to curb your sweet tooth ... works for me.

What can you eat on the Flat Belly Diet?

I used to smoke a pack to a pack and half a day and then one day I quit cold turkey. I'm not exactly sure how I did it, I think it was more or less me truly ready to give up the habit once and for all ... that was almost two years ago. I still get nicotine cravings, but I remind myself that working out will be so much…

Congratulations! That's such an awesome victory!

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm definitely trying to run/jog/walk every other day, too. I've only been seriously doing it again this week, but I'm confident that I'll get back to my old running self. I definitely want to try the new Windsor Pilates that include cardio and that stretchy band thing. Have you tried it?

Congratulations! You should be very proud of yourself!
